Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an ICT support professional for Mediclinic City Hospital, Dubai Healthcare City. The role requires one year of ICT support experience or fresh graduates with strong technical potential.

The candidate will start on-site at Mediclinic City Hospital and provide hardware/software troubleshooting, incident logging, and escalation support across Dubai facilities. • Working hours / shifts: Nine hours per day, five days per week, with two days off. Standard shifts are 7:0 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. On-call coverage is required for one week per month between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, with occasional onsite night support

• Exact work location: Initially based at Mediclinic City Hospital, Dubai Healthcare City, with scheduled travel and support across Mediclinic facilities in Dubai
