Job summary

GDIT in Dubai seeks a seasoned Financial Analyst to develop and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs) and program Spend Plans, review subcontractor invoices, and manage POs and PRs. You will lead task order modifications and design program controls using Excel.

The role requires a BA/BS in Finance, 5+ years in government contracting or financial analysis, secret clearance, and advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, V-Lookups); knowledge of EAC/EVM, FAR/DFARS, and JTR/FTR is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in government contracting or financial analysis.
• Secret clearance required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookups).
• Knowledge of EAC methodologies and EVM principles.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance and JTR/FTR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs) and program Spend Plans.
• Review and analyze subcontractor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage subcontract Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requests (PRs).
• Lead task order modifications and requests for change (RFCs).
• Design and maintain program controls workbooks using advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct travel review processes in accordance with FAR/JTR.
• Mentor junior analysts and review work products.
• Support project startup and closeout activities.
