Client of Thomas Thor Associates is seeking a hands-on leader to guide a skilled I&C team at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant in the United Arab Emirates. You will supervise technicians and supervisors, ensuring safe, reliable operations during outages and maintenance windows.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) and 7–10 years of I&C maintenance experience in the nuclear sector, with mandatory previous nuclear plant

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
7-10 years of experience in I&C maintenance within the nuclear industry.
Mandatory previous nuclear power plant experience.

Mansioni

Lead and mentor I&C technicians and supervisors.
Manage calibration, testing and maintenance of I&C systems including DCS and PLCs.
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
