Job summary

Sundus in Dubai is seeking a Sr. Engineer I&C Maintenance to lead instrumentation and control maintenance in demanding power plant environments. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and diagnose faults across gas and steam turbines, HRSG, and desalination plants, ensuring reliable I&C system operation.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of I&C maintenance experience in power plant environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with DCS, PLCs, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform instrumentation and control maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and fault diagnosis in power plant environments.
• Strong experience with Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, HRSG, and MSF/RO Desalination Plants.
• Work with DCS, PLCs, control loops, field instruments, control actuators, and associated I&C systems.
• Experience with GE Speedtronic Mark-VIe, Siemens T-3000, Yokogawa Centum-VP, Toshiba TOSMAP, and ALSPA-320 systems.
• Hands-on PLC experience with Siemens S5/S7, Allen Bradley, and HIMA systems.
• Knowledge of Fire Fighting and Detection Systems and related instrumentation/control systems.
• Provide technical supervision, reporting, documentation, troubleshooting support, and ensure reliable I&C system operation.
