Job summary

Barakah Nuclear Power Plant invites a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting activities, ensuring compliance with nuclear safety standards and regulatory requirements while driving reliability and cost efficiency.

The role focuses on supervising maintenance scopes, overseeing I&C activities on primary and secondary sides, and delivering safe, efficient plant operations through strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Nuclear Power Plant outage environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in general maintenance and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) activities on primary and secondary sides.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear regulatory requirements safety standards and environmental protection.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for complex instrumentation and control systems.
• Excellent leadership decisionmaking and communication skills.

• Provide expert supervision on maintenance scopes, complex troubleshooting, engineering evaluations, operability determinations and operational decisionmaking.
• Lead instrumentation inspection and overhaul through planning execution and post closeout phases.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shutdown Management in developing major equipment maintenance windows.
• Prioritise maintenance work to optimise resources and report results to engineering management.

Requirements
