Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Hygiene/ EHS Coordinator under the Emiratisation Program to lead hygiene, food safety, and environmental health and safety standards across the hotel.

You will support audits, maintain records, and drive training initiatives while aligning with UAE regulations and HACCP requirements. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a clear path to leadership in compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of hygiene, food safety, or EHS standards or strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in monitoring hygiene, food safety, and EHS compliance across all operational departments.
• Supporting internal audits, inspections, and corrective action plans in line with HACCP and UAE regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation related to hygiene and EHS standards.
• Coordinating training sessions and awareness programs on hygiene, safety, and environmental practices.
• Acting as a liaison between operational teams on EHS-related matters.
