Job summary

Rotana Hotels is seeking an energetic Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator in Abu Dhabi. The role leads daily inspections for food safety in kitchens and outlets, coordinates EHS trainings for all employees, and collaborates with departments to ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental policies.

The position includes auditing suppliers and contractors, maintaining EHS records, and driving corrective actions across departments to uphold Rotana Earth and sustainability

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections based on food safety standards in kitchens, outlets, stores, receiving and other areas.
• Perform daily workplace and guest area inspections per Environment, Health & Safety standards across all departments.
• Follow up on corrective action implementation with other departments.
• Coordinate EHS and food safety trainings for all employees.
• Schedule and join Environmental Health and Safety Manager during audits of suppliers and contractors.
• Review and maintain EHS and food safety records monthly.
