Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries in the UAE seeks a Head of Vertical Sales to lead the regional sales organization, shaping strategies and driving revenue growth across key industries.

The role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge of UAE verticals, and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions, manage budgets, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 7–10 years in industrial sales or digitalization.
• Proven leadership of sales teams and revenue growth.
• Strong UAE vertical knowledge: Oil & Gas, Water, Petrochemical, F&B.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 1st level sales managers across UAE.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends.
• Drive revenue growth, manage budgets and forecast performance.
• Foster customer relationships and long-term account management.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure governance and best practices.
