Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries seeks a Head of Vertical Sales UAE to lead a team of 1st level Sales Managers and drive revenue growth across the UAE verticals such as Oil & Gas, Water & Wastewater, Petrochemical and Food & Beverage. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing budgets, and strengthening key customer relationships.

You will shape GTM plans for the regional market, align with broader sales objectives, deploy digital sales tools, and ensure robust pipeline and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of sales experience in industrial automation, digitalization, or related sectors.
• Proven leadership of sales teams and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 1st level sales managers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and GTM plans.
• Oversee revenue and order intake growth and customer engagement.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Represent Siemens at industry events and conferences.
