Job summary

Siemens UAE is seeking a Head of Vertical Sales to lead and develop the regional sales team in the UAE, driving revenue growth and key account management across verticals such as oil & gas, water, and petrochemicals.

You will shape sales strategies, oversee Go-To-Market initiatives, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives while leveraging digital tools and CRM systems for efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Software or similar).
• 7–10 years of sales experience in industrial automation, digitalization, or related services.
• Proven experience leading sales teams and driving growth.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 1st level sales managers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to UAE verticals.
• Ensure revenue and order intake growth and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams for go-to-market and digital tools adoption.
• Represent Siemens at industry events.
