Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in the UAE invites applications for Regulatory Remediation analyst (UAE National) based in Al Ain. The role supports regulatory remediation requirements by contacting customers to obtain missing documents and updating records in core banking systems.

You will manage remediation cases end-to-end, communicate clearly with customers, and coordinate with KYC/CDD and other internal teams. Hybrid work model applies; the successful candidate possesses a UAE graduation degree, 1–3

Qualifications

Degree required for UAE visa and work permit.
Experience in operations, remediation, or KYC/CDD.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Exposure to core banking/data maintenance and/or client data platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage remediation deliverables end-to-end within timelines.
Maintain artefacts and evidence for audits and regulatory scrutiny.
Monitor delivery health and escalate blockers with proposed recovery actions.
Communicate with Relationship Managers on operational issues and follow-up actions.
Take ownership of client maintenance and servicing activities including ad hoc queries.
Track and report case progress with updates on status and gaps.
