Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a Senior Officer – KYC Remediation to support the Service Manager in delivering compliant KYC remediation with minimal rejects. You will coach new joiners, drive process efficiency, and ensure timely completion of remediation tasks.

You will review risk levels, coordinate with stakeholders, handle customer queries, and help maintain high standards of accuracy in KYC documentation while meeting all policy requirements.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of KYC documentation.
• Knowledge of bank systems.
• Graduate with 5-6 years banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Review risk levels and ensure documents align with bank policy.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations end-to-end.
• Achieve KPIs and quality targets; manage daily tasks.
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders for timely KYC updates.
• Investigate complaints, analyze gaps, and propose fixes.
• Back up reporting manager in their absence.
• Manage mailbox of customer responses.
