HSBC Holdings plc in Dubai seeks a Manager, Regulatory Affairs, Enterprise Regulatory Compliance - MENAT (UAE Nationals Only). The role focuses on managing regulatory engagement with UAE authorities, monitoring developments, and ensuring timely, no-surprises communication with regulators.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare briefing materials, and support implementation hand-offs to risk and business teams, while maintaining robust internal controls and reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Law (or related) is mandatory.
• 2–5 years’ experience in risk, compliance or regulatory affairs in financial services.
• Experience with UAE regulators and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Support regulatory engagement with UAE authorities (DFSA, Central Bank, SCA, FSRA).
• Prepare briefing notes, materials and MI packs for senior management.
• Maintain records of regulatory engagements and monitor regulatory developments.
• Assist with implementation hand-offs to risk and business teams and produce reports.
