Job summary

MyBenefits is seeking a Junior Sales Executive in Dubai to grow our regional client base and drive early-stage deals. You will identify prospects, reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and schedule discovery meetings with HR leaders and business decision-makers.

You will support senior team members through demos and proposals, maintain CRM accuracy, and develop a solid understanding of employee benefits to confidently position our solution.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Understanding of sales processes: lead gen, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Experience with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book and conduct discovery meetings with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Support senior team with demos, proposals, and full sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Develop knowledge of employee benefits to position our solution.
• Meet monthly activity and pipeline targets.
