Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company in Dubai is seeking a Retention & Sales Support Specialist to back the Global Individual Health team. You will coordinate renewal activities, engage brokers, and monitor pipelines to support retention targets.

The role emphasizes operational support, data integrity, reporting, and customer service excellence, with hybrid work in UAE and a focus on leveraging CRM and Excel for performance insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in insurance, customer service, sales support, policy administration, or related operational functions preferred.
• Understanding of broker distribution channels and intermediary relationships in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support renewal and retention activities through tracking, coordination, and follow-up of customer requests and renewal requirements.
• Act as a key point of coordination between brokers, customers, underwriting, operations, customer service, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate renewal completion.
• Maintain regular engagement with brokers and distribution partners to support retention objectives and service delivery.
• Coordinate broker communications related to renewals, servicing requests, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor renewal pipelines and customer accounts to identify outstanding actions, service issues, or risks affecting retention performance.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and analysis related to retention performance and broker activity.
