Cigna Healthcare in Dubai invites applications for a Retention & Distribution Associate. You will provide operational, administrative, and customer service support to the Retention and Distribution teams, focusing on renewal processes and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance, customer service, sales support, policy administration, or related operational functions preferred.
• General knowledge of insurance products and retention activities.
• Understanding broker distribution channels and broker engagement practices.

Responsibilities

• Support renewal and retention activities through tracking, coordination, and follow-up of requests.
• Coordinate between brokers, customers, underwriting, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain engagement with brokers and distribution partners to support retention objectives.
• Coordinate broker communications related to renewals and servicing requests.
• Monitor renewal pipelines and identify actions or risks impacting retention.
• Assist with achieving monthly retention, renewal, and productivity targets.
• Track broker performance and renewal activity metrics and prepare insights.
• Assist with customer outreach related to renewals and servicing.
• Support complaint and escalation management with timely updates.
• Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and analysis related to retention.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and support process improvements.
