Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Senior IC to support renewals and underwriting activities for the Middle East and Africa markets. You will assist with individual policy setups and prepare benefits tables for renewals and new corporate inceptions.

You will also perform legal checks on quote census, generate system reports, and collaborate with sales to manage quote turnarounds while ensuring compliance and accuracy in every step.

Responsibilities

• Support renewals for Individual and SME across Middle East and Africa markets.
• Work on Individual policy setup.
• Manage the individual underwriting team mailbox.
• Prepare Table of Benefits for renewals and new business inceptions for corporate.
• Perform legal check on new quote census.
• Generate reports from system and format them.
• Liaise with sales team to manage quote TATs
• Participate in problem solving to define problems, identify root causes, and suggest improvements to processes.
• Adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure timely processing and compliance.
• Support underwriters in other tasks as needed.

• Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards.
• Support underwriters in other tasks as needed.
