Job summary

Citi Dubai seeks a Citigold Relationship Banker to manage CitiGold relationships, assess client needs, and guide asset allocation. You will proactively engage clients, cross-sell suitable products, and ensure adherence to KYC/AML and risk controls.

In this hybrid role, you’ll expand the client base, organize events, and deliver an exceptional experience while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in private client banking or related space.
• Experience managing client relationships and advising on products.
• Mandatory certifications in selling financial products.

Responsibilities

• Manage CitiGold client relationships, assess needs and asset allocation.
• Advise clients to enrich relationships and cross-sell fee-based products.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and risk controls are maintained.
• Organize client events and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Acquire new CitiGold customers through referrals.
