Job summary

TRT is seeking an IT support professional in the United Arab Emirates to provide L1 remote support and L2 onsite field support for router, switch, and related IT hardware. The role includes inventory management, knowledge-base documentation, and adherence to SLA timelines.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of IT hardware and software troubleshooting experience, a relevant IT degree, and be able to work on-call with strong English communication. NetSuite experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience handling IT system hardware break fix & software resolution.
• Must speak business level English (B1-B2).
• Willingness to do both hardware and software support.
• On-call schedule willingness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all logged incidents resolved within SLA; escalate if needed.
• Communicate with clients promptly and professionally for best experience.
• Ensure accurate and timely part replacement.
• Escalate to Level 3 via TERs when required.
• Document problem resolution in TRT's knowledge base.
• Continuously learn technical and non-technical skills.
• Meet 98% inventory KPI for warehouse inventory.
• Comply with company policy.
