Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel spa.
• Recognised certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and professional treatment standards.
• Experience supervising, training, and developing spa therapists.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa operations to ensure efficient service delivery and consistent guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate spa therapist schedules to support treatment appointments and operational requirements.
• Oversee treatment room preparation and ensure facilities are ready for scheduled services.
• Maintain high standards of treatment quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Monitor daily spa activities and address operational concerns when necessary.
• Ensure spa services are delivered in accordance with established hotel standards.
• Support the Spa Manager in maintaining smooth departmental operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve spa service quality and operational efficiency.
