Responsibilities

• Greet spa members and hotel guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Assist guests with spa facilities and direct them to appointments.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across locker rooms and facilities.
• Manage linen supplies and coordinate laundry when needed.
• Support spa operations and respond to guest inquiries.
