Lockton in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a Client Manager to lead strategic risk solutions for large corporate accounts. You will own day-to-day client delivery, including renewal planning, contract reviews, insurer negotiations, and QAFA/compliance oversight, under the Client Director's direction.

You will direct the Account Handler and Administrator, engage the SRO as needed, and ensure adherence to Lockton's placement strategy, regulatory requirements, and SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of corporate risks broking for large accounts.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurers.
• Strong time management and deadline discipline.
• Confidentiality in handling information.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary client contact for broking and placement matters.
• Manage client and insurer communications with the Client Director, Account Handler, and Administrator.
• Review day-to-day client requests and provide direction to the Account Handler.
• Maintain regular engagement with clients through monthly meetings and at least one in-person meeting per year.
• Lead renewal planning and execution under guidance, including pre-renewal submissions and underwriter engagement.
• Ensure renewal notices are issued on schedule and finance-related tasks are tracked in Lockton Pulse.
