Job summary

Lockton MENA is seeking a Client Relationship Support professional in Dubai to assist the Senior Client Relationship Manager in managing client accounts and coordinating day-to-day activities. You will act as a key link between clients, insurance companies, and internal teams, ensuring requests are followed up and resolved efficiently.

The role requires 1–2 years in Medical Insurance, strong communication and time management skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Medical Insurance.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles or managing client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior CRM in managing clients and ensure a high level of service.
• Support the day-to-day client requests, monitor client instructions, and ensure they are followed up with the relevant stakeholder.
• Prepare and maintain client account records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, placement, claims, and other departments to resolve client related matters.
• Help identify potential issues or delays and escalate them promptly.
• Assist with preparing client meeting materials, presentations, and claims reports.
• Ensure renewal timelines are met and market reviews undertaken and placed in advance of renewal.
• Track important deadlines, commitments, and follow-up actions.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinate to activate the policy on time.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the CRM function runs smoothly.

Purpose of the role
