Job summary

Marsh Specialty in Dubai seeks a Client Advisor / AVP to expand the PEMA business across the MEA region. You will advise on M&A insurance, transactional risk, and infrastructure solutions while building relationships with funds, corporates, insurers, and law firms.

Based in Dubai with regional travel, you’ll coordinate multi-workstream projects, support project finance, and contribute to thought leadership and business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in M&A advisory, private equity, infrastructure finance, project finance, or infrastructure advisory.
• Strong knowledge of transaction documents and deal processes.
• Experience in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Degree in Risk, Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Regional experience in the Middle East or emerging markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of Marsh Specialty’s PEMA business across MEA.
• Advise clients on M&A insurance, transactional risk, and infrastructure solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with investment funds, corporates, insurers, law firms, and advisors.
• Deliver due diligence reports and coordinate multi-workstream projects.
• Support infrastructure advisory, project finance, and risk management work.
• Contribute to thought leadership, business development, and team mentoring.
• Work across Marsh practices to deliver integrated client solutions.
