Job summary

Marsh Risk in Dubai seeks a Client Advisor / Assistant Vice President to grow the PEMA business across the MEA region. You will advise on due diligence, transactional risk, and infrastructure solutions for private equity and corporate clients.

Based in Dubai with regional travel and collaboration across Marsh practices. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in M&A advisory or related fields, strong knowledge of deal processes, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in M&A advisory, private equity, infrastructure finance, project finance, or infrastructure advisory.
• Strong knowledge of transaction documents and deal processes.
• Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Regional experience in the Middle East or emerging markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of Marsh Specialty's PEMA business across MEA.
• Advise clients on M&A insurance, transactional risk, and infrastructure solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with investment funds, corporates, insurers, law firms, and advisors.
• Deliver due diligence reports and coordinate multi-workstream projects.
• Support infrastructure advisory, project finance, and risk management work.
• Contribute to thought leadership, business development, and team mentoring.
• Work across Marsh practices to deliver integrated client solutions.
