Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & A/C design, installation and repair is preferred.
• Around 3 years of experience in servicing and repairing home appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan check outs according to service calls from the support team.
• Call customers for consultation and details; update operations.
• Diagnose and repair appliances at client sites (refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.).
• Procure and log replacement parts, obtain approvals for costs as needed.
• Ensure safe and proper handling of parts and maintain clean work sites.
• Achieve timely job closure within the specified turnaround time.
