Job summary

First Step Properties LLC Dubai is seeking an AC Technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings in Dubai. The role requires hands‑on experience and the ability to read blueprints and manuals while delivering high-quality customer service on-site.

The ideal candidate will have an ITI/Diploma in HVAC or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and at least 1 year of practical experience, with strong knowledge of tools and safety standards.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma or equivalent in HVAC or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on AC installation/servicing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems including Split, Window, Ducted and VRF/VRV units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Provide courteous and professional on-site customer service.
