Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Appliance Installer/AC Technician to deliver and install home appliances and air conditioners at customer locations across the UAE. You will perform professional installation, testing, and basic troubleshooting, and explain product operation to customers.

Travel across UAE is required. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, technical HVAC or electrical training, and good communication and customer service skills to handle multiple

Job description

Deliver and install home appliances AC at customer locations nbsp across the UAE

Perform professional installation of air conditioning units and other home appliances

Conduct testing after installation to ensure appliances are working properly

Perform basic troubleshooting and identify installation-related issues

Explain product operation and usage instructions to customers

Ensure proper handling and transportation of appliances to prevent damage

Complete installation reports customer nbsp acknowledgements and nbsp service nbsp records

Maintain tools equipment and company vehicle cleanliness

Follow safety procedures and company installation standards

Coordinate with delivery teams nbsp service nbsp teams and supervisors regarding daily assignments

Travel to different locations throughout the UAE based on customer orders

Proven experience as an Appliance Installer, AC Technician, or Home Appliance Service Technician.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in air conditioner installation and maintenance.

Experience installing home appliances is preferred.

Good understanding of electrical connections, plumbing requirements, and installation procedures.

Ability to use installation tools and equipment safely.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer appointments.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Willingness to travel across UAE.

Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, or related fields.

Experience working with major home appliance brands.

Knowledge of UAE customer service and installation practices.
