Job summary

Captain Fix Technical Services LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our engineering team. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including FCUs, split ACs, and package units, ensuring reliable operation across client sites.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of UAE experience, understands basic electrical troubleshooting, can read simple HVAC drawings, and performs preventive maintenance with attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of UAE HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of FCU, split AC, and chilled-water systems.
• Ability to read basic HVAC drawings.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting capability.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and safety.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, FCUs, split ACs, package units, and related equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and drainage problems.
• Carry out AC servicing, coil cleaning, filter cleaning, drain line cleaning, and gas pressure checks.
• Repair and replace motors, capacitors, thermostats, PCBs, valves, pumps, and other HVAC components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdown/emergency calls.
• Check refrigerant leaks and carry out refrigerant charging when required.
• Inspect chilled-water piping, insulation, condensate drainage, and ductwork.
• Prepare service reports and record materials used and work completed.
• Follow site safety requirements and company procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and other technicians to complete works on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, FCUs, split ACs, package units, and related equipment.
