Job summary

Al Sahir General Contracting Establishment is seeking a skilled AC Technician in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair residential, commercial or industrial HVAC systems, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, recharging refrigerants, reading diagrams, and maintaining service records. A diploma and HVAC certification are preferred, with 2–5 years of experience and a valid driving license as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational HVAC or refrigeration certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, electrical controls and troubleshooting.
• Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges and testing equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Install, inspect, maintain and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems.

• Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, capacitors and fans.

• Test system performance after installation or repair to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and industry standards.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and customer service requests as needed.
