Role Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supervising the operation of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort. The role involves overseeing junior technicians, monitoring system functions such as temperature and air quality, and developing schedules to maximize efficiency and reliability. The purpose of this position is to ensure HVAC equipment operates safely and efficiently, providing a comfortable environment for all building occupants.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service HVAC systems and components.
• Supervise junior technicians and oversee maintenance activities.
• Perform timely repairs on HVAC equipment as required.
• Monitor system performance, including temperature and air quality checks.
• Develop and implement HVAC usage schedules based on operational needs.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems, including FAHU, AHU, FCU, split AC, ducted split, and package units.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the GCC region or 5 years of experience in HVAC systems within the Facilities Management (FM) industry or maintenance sector.
• ITI certification in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system components, operation, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
