Job summary

MAXCO Electromechanical LLC is seeking a motivated HVAC Site Engineer to oversee installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance across the UAE. You will manage site activities, coordinate with clients and project teams, ensure quality standards and support handover documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma), 3–7 years UAE/GCC experience in HVAC site execution, and knowledge of Chilled Water, VRF/VRV, DX, AHUs, FCUs and Package Units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3–7 years UAE/GCC experience in HVAC project execution and site management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to read drawings/BOQs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage HVAC installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance at project sites.
• Plan and coordinate site activities according to schedules and technical specs.
• Review HVAC drawings, submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure efficient utilization of materials, manpower and equipment.
• Support project handover, testing, commissioning and close-out documentation.

MAXCO Electromechanical LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Site Engineer to join its team and oversee HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with clients and project teams, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the successful execution and handover of HVAC projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, site management experience, and the ability to resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites.
• Plan and coordinate site activities according to project schedules and technical specifications.
• Review HVAC drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
