Job summary

MAXCO Electromechanical LLC is hiring an experienced HVAC Site Engineer to oversee HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and handover activities across the UAE. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site management experience, and the ability to coordinate teams and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

The position targets candidates with 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC project execution and site management, and a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-7 years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC project execution and site management.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, drawings, submittals, and BOQs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites
• Plan and coordinate site activities according to project schedules and technical specifications
• Review HVAC drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Ensure efficient use of materials, manpower, and equipment
• Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out documentation
