Job summary

Johnson Controls in the UAE seeks a Technical Support professional to drive HVAC projects across UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and the MEA region. You will apply engineering training, select equipment, validate design assumptions and contribute to high‑quality technical and commercial project development.

You will collaborate with Field Sales to prepare cost estimates, submittals and presentations, review specifications, and ensure compliance with customer requirements while pursuing relevant licenses and

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in HVAC application and estimation.
• UAE national with family book is required.
• Entry-level licenses such as Professional Engineer or LEED/ Breeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support development of HVAC projects across MEA.
• Validate design assumptions and prepare cost estimates with Field Sales.
• Review specifications and ensure customer requirements compliance.
• Select HVAC equipment for RFQs (AHUs, Chillers, FCUs).
• Prepare quotations, submittals, and presentations.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and travel as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and licenses.
