Job summary

Fatherson International FZE in Dubai is seeking an HVAC BIM Modeler to develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed BIM models for HVAC systems using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.

The role involves modeling ductwork, chilled water piping, ventilation equipment, and related services, coordinating with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams to identify clashes and produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, sections, layouts, schedules and installation

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate HVAC BIM models with multiple disciplines.
• Experience in identifying and resolving clashes in BIM environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to support engineers and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models for HVAC systems.
• Model ductwork, piping, and HVAC equipment based on drawings.
