Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an HVAC BIM Modeler in Dubai to develop and maintain detailed BIM models for HVAC systems using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. The role involves coordinating with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire services to detect clashes before construction.

You will prepare shop drawings and installation drawings, update models based on site requirements, and participate in BIM coordination meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM concepts and workflows.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design models.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate into 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed BIM models for HVAC systems.
• Coordinate HVAC with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting services to resolve clashes.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, sections, layouts, schedules, and installation drawings.
• Review project specifications and consultant drawings; update BIM models for site requirements.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and model reviews.
