Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an HVAC BIM Modeler in Dubai to develop and maintain detailed BIM models for HVAC systems using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. The role involves coordinating with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire services to detect clashes before construction.

You will prepare shop drawings and installation drawings, update models based on site requirements, and participate in BIM coordination meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM concepts and workflows.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design models.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate into 3D models.

HVAC BIM Modeler – Professional Description

An HVAC BIM Modeler is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining detailed Building Information Models for HVAC systems using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. The role involves creating accurate 3D models for ductwork, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, HVAC equipment, and related services based on engineering and design drawings.

The HVAC BIM Modeler coordinates HVAC systems with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting services to identify and resolve clashes before construction. The position also includes preparing detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, sections, layouts, schedules, and installation drawings.

The modeler reviews project specifications and consultant drawings, incorporates design changes, updates BIM models based on site requirements, and ensures drawings and models comply with project standards.
