Job summary

Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) is seeking a skilled BIM engineer to develop and coordinate detailed mechanical (HVAC) BIM models for building projects in the UAE.

The role focuses on ensuring clash-free coordination across MEP disciplines and alignment with design intent. You will lead 3D BIM modeling using Revit MEP, Navisworks and AutoCAD, conduct clash detection, prepare drawings, attend coordination meetings and support site teams with model-derived information

Qualifications

• 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in BIM modeling for mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of ducting, piping and HVAC shop drawings.
• Experience conducting clash detection and coordination meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D BIM models for mechanical/HVAC systems in line with design intent and project specifications.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination with electrical, plumbing and structural BIM models.
• Prepare and update coordinated shop drawings and installation drawings.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts in a timely manner.
• Maintain model accuracy and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the technical and site teams with model-derived information for construction.
