As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will manage HR analytics, dashboards, and change initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience while supporting growth and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of progressive HR experience with regional MENA exposure.
• Master's degree or HR professional certification preferred.

We are currently recruiting for a HR Expert (Mandarin Speaker) for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.

Purpose-

We are seeking an experienced HR Expert to lead and support the Human Resources function across the MENA region. The role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, organizational transformation, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and change management initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring HR programs align with organizational goals while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and regulations across multiple countries.
