Job summary

CHANGAN Automobile in Dubai is seeking an HR professional to lead end-to-end visa and compliance management across Dubai Free Zones and Mainland, ensuring timely renewals and zero compliance risks while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.

The role also covers payroll processing, attendance data reconciliation, and upholding local labor law requirements, with emphasis on English proficiency; Chinese language ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, law, business or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years HR experience in UAE, with visa and payroll duties.
• Familiar with UAE labour laws and visa regulations.
• Confidentiality of salary data and personal documents.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Chinese language ability is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• 1. End-to-End Visa & Compliance Management:Manage and independently execute the full lifecycle of employee visa processes across various Dubai Free Zones, with a comprehensive understanding of Mainland application procedures (including new visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes). Proactively monitor visa expiration timelines and consult with supervisors in a timely manner to initiate either the renewal or cancellation workflow, ensuring zero compliance risks.
• 2. Payroll Administration:Process and verify payroll calculations, ensuring accurate compensation adjustments.
• 3. Proven ability to reconcile and output accurate monthly attendance data whenever required.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, law, business administration, or related disciplines;
• 2. Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience in UAE, with hands-on experience in visa/immigration processes and payroll administration;
• 3. Familiar with local labor laws and visa/work permit regulations (e.g., labor office, immigration department procedures);
• 4. Strong awareness of confidentiality regarding employee salary data and personal identity documents;
• 5. Excellent written and spoken English is required;
• 6. Excellent written and spoken Chinese is preferred;
