Job summary

CHANGAN Automobile in Dubai is seeking an HR professional to lead end-to-end visa and compliance management across Dubai Free Zones and Mainland, ensuring timely renewals and zero compliance risks while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.

The role also covers payroll processing, attendance data reconciliation, and upholding local labor law requirements, with emphasis on English proficiency; Chinese language ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, law, business or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years HR experience in UAE, with visa and payroll duties.
• Familiar with UAE labour laws and visa regulations.
• Confidentiality of salary data and personal documents.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Chinese language ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Visa & Compliance Management across Dubai Free Zones and Mainland.
• Payroll processing and verification of payroll calculations.
• Reconcile and output accurate monthly attendance data.
