Dalil Information Technology | UAE is seeking a skilled HR Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding across GCC entities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• Professional HR certification (CHRP/CHRM, SHRM-CP/SCP or equivalent) preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a generalist or specialist operations role in the UAE.
• Experience with multi-country HR across the GCC and Middle East is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in HRIS management, including employee data uploads, system configuration, reporting, troubleshooting and user support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR operations and the employee lifecycle across GCC and Middle East.
• Manage employment contracts, HR letters and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR processes in Odoo HRIS, including audits, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist with monthly payroll, salary adjustments, benefits, leave administration, statutory contributions, and final settlements with Finance.
• Coordinate visas, work permits, medical insurance, renewals, cancellations, and other government-related requirements.
• Support compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements across all entities.
• Support employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR-related queries.
• Assist with HR process improvements and HRIS enhancements.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to coordinate end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding across our entities in GCC and Middle East. The role focuses on maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRIS system, records, coordinating compliance with applicable labour laws, improving HR processes, and providing operational HR support and guidance to management and line managers.

• Manage employment contracts, HR letters and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR processes in Odoo HRIS, including audits, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist with monthly payroll, salary adjustments, benefits, leave administration, statutory contributions, and final settlements with Finance.
• Coordinate visas, work permits, medical insurance, renewals, cancellations, and other government-related requirements.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (CHRP / CHRM, SHRM-CP/SCP or equivalent) preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a generalist or specialist operations role in the UAE.
• Experience preferably in the IT & AI, Fintech or Outsourcing sector, supporting a large employee base.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience with multi-country HR across the GCC and Middle East is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in HRIS management, including employee data uploads, system configuration, reporting, troubleshooting and user support.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong working knowledge of GCC and Middle East labour regulations.
• Accurate calculation of end-of-service gratuity and final settlements by country.
• Ability to write and localise HR policies, SOPs, contracts and letters.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; comfortable building trackers and reports.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Sound judgement, discretion and integrity with confidential information.
• Process improvement mindset; Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage.
