Job summary

JA Hatta Fort Hotel, part of JA Resorts & Hotels, seeks a passionate Spa Therapist to deliver professional treatments in a mountain‑retreat setting. You will consult guests, tailor personalized experiences, and uphold the highest spa standards to ensure moments of wellbeing that guests remember long after their visit.

Requirements include a Certified Therapist or Diploma in Therapeutic Education, minimum 2 years in a hotel spa, fluent English, and a client‑focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Certified Therapist or Diploma in Therapeutic Education.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel spa environment preferred.
• Fluent English communication is required.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Passion for wellness and holistic care.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to thrive in a guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional treatments in accordance with approved standards and spa protocols.

• Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs.
• Explain treatment benefits, techniques, and post-treatment care.
• Promote wellness, relaxation, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Recommend retail and homecare products to support guests wellbeing journeys.
• Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Ensure every guest feels comfortable, valued, and cared for throughout their spa experience.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
• Anticipate guest needs and consistently exceed expectations.
• Build trust through genuine care, product knowledge, and expert recommendations.
• Prepare treatment rooms and workstations to exceptional standards.
• Ensure products, supplies, and professional stock levels are maintained at all times.
• Follow hygiene, health, safety, and cleanliness procedures.
• Create the perfect treatment environment through attention to lighting, music, temperature, and ambience.
• Support linen management, inventory control, and spa operational requirements.
• Maintain treatment rooms that are welcoming, organized, and guest-ready at all times.

What Youll Do

Deliver Exceptional Wellness Experiences
