Job summary

Key duties include implementing HR policies, handling end-to-end recruitment, managing employee relations, and overseeing visa processes, payroll coordination, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years HR experience, including 3–4 years in a standalone/senior HR role.
• Experience setting up or running an HR function independently.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across UK and UAE cultural contexts.
• Willingness to travel to the UK frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of the HR function for Dubai operations.

HR Manager - Dubai Operations

Location: Dubai, UAE (with frequent travel to the UK)

This is a pivotal hire as the company establishes its Dubai-based operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for setting up and managing the full HR function in the UAE - from policies and compliance to talent acquisition and people management - while closely aligning with the Group's UK HR practices and culture.

Key Requirements

• 6-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a standalone or senior HR role


• Experience setting up or managing an HR function independently is highly preferred


• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations
