Job summary

RIG (Recruitment International Group) seeks an experienced HR Manager in the UAE to design and run end-to-end people processes for a luxury residential community maintenance context.

You will own onboarding, probation reviews, performance checks, and the employee experience while ensuring MOHRE, visa, Emirates ID, insurance and labour law compliance.

The role also drives recruitment pipelines, scheduling, references, and fast offers to final interviews to support our founders in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HR/people operations experience in the UAE with MOHRE and visa processing knowledge.
• Experience managing a multicultural field-based workforce (technicians and engineers).
• Built onboarding, trackers and reviews and kept processes running consistently.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee experience end to end: onboarding, probation reviews, and regular pulse checks.
• Maintain compliance: MOHRE contracts, visas, Emirates IDs, insurance and labour law.
• Run recruitment operations behind the founders: pipelines, scheduling, references, offers within 48 hours of final interview.

The RIG Recruitment is working with one of its clients who a Residential Community Maintenance company thats works in selected high end community residents. They are expanding rapidly and looking to fill a HR Manager into the business.

What you’ll be doing

Design and run an onboarding a technician tells his family about: visa started before day one, kit ready when he walks in, a buddy at his side in week one, the founder knowing his name — every hire, zero exceptions. Own the employee experience end to end: probation reviews that never slip, a real pulse on how the team is doing, and one-to-one moments that catch problems while they’re still small. Be the keeper of the culture: the recognition, the rituals and the standards that make our engineers proud to wear the badge in the UAE’s most exclusive communities. Keep us bulletproof on compliance: MOHRE contracts, visas, Emirates IDs, insurance and UAE labour law — tracked so nothing ever expires unnoticed. Run the recruitment machine behind our founders: pipelines, scheduling, scorecards, references — every offer out within 48 hours of a final interview.

About you

3–5+ years in HR or people operations in the UAE — MOHRE, visa processing, WPS and labour law are things you’ve run, not just read about. You’ve looked after a multicultural, field-based workforce — technicians and engineers, not just office staff — and they trusted you. You’ve built people processes from scratch — onboarding, trackers, reviews — and kept them running at 100% after the novelty wore off.

Salary budget

12-19,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights(Salary dependant on experience)
