Kingston Stanley invites an experienced HR Manager to join its Dubai team as the first dedicated HR hire, owning HR operations and the full employee lifecycle while building scalable processes for a fast-growing tech business.

You will oversee onboarding, contracts, leave and payroll coordination, ensure UAE employment compliance and guide management on employee relations as the company scales.

• Proven experience as HR Manager in a technology/IT business.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices.
• Hands-on, independent, and commercially minded.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on HR operations, employee lifecycle management and establishing effective HR processes as the business continues to grow.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and the full employee lifecycle

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager within a technology/IT business
• UAE HR experience and strong knowledge of local employment practices
• Comfortable working independently as the first HR hire
• Hands-on, organised and commercially minded
• Experience within a fast-growing business is highly desirable
