Job summary

Reef Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for its UAE business in Dubai. The role acts as the main HR representative in Dubai and coordinates with Reef Group Headquarters to ensure compliant HR management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and government-related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to HR Operations and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and employment requirements.
• Experience managing payroll coordination, contracts, visas, and HR administration.
• Experience in retail, large groups, multi-entity organizations, or fast-growing companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the UAE.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and management in Dubai.
• Maintain strong coordination with Reef Group Headquarters HR team.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee relations, contract changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, employee documentation, and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and employment requirements.
• Oversee visa, work permit, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and related government processes.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and policy-related cases in coordination with Headquarters.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Administration, Government Relations, Talent Acquisition, and other departments.
• Prepare and monitor HR reports, headcount, turnover, attendance, and employee movements.
• Support the implementation and improvement of Group HR policies, systems, and employee initiatives in the UAE.

About the Role Reef Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage HR operations for our UAE business. The role will serve as the main HR representative in Dubai and the key point of coordination between UAE employees and management and the Human Resources Department at Reef Group Headquarters in Riyadh. The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective HR operations, compliance with UAE Labor Law, employee relations, payroll coordination, government-related employment processes, and consistent implementation of Group HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the UAE.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and management in Dubai.
• Maintain strong coordination and alignment with Reef Group Headquarters HR team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Operations and employee relations.
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE Labor Law and employment requirements.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, contracts, visas, work permits, and HR administration.
• Experience within retail, large groups, multi-entity organizations, or fast-growing companies is a must.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent is an advantage.
