Job summary

EMIRATES SUPERSONIC CENTRE is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement HR policies across our group in the UAE. You will oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee development, ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HR.
• Experience in diversified group companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and modern HR practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Native Arabic speaker.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
