Position Overview:

We are actively looking for an experienced HR Executive with a proven background in the real estate industry. This role will support all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, with a focus on the specific demands and roles within the property and real estate sector.

Please Note: Real Estate industry experience is a strict requirement for this role. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (sales, leasing, property management, admin, etc.)
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation compliance
  • Implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor law and real estate operations
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and staff evaluations
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Collaborate with senior management to address staffing and HR strategy needs
  • Manage HR documentation and maintain internal systems and trackers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the real estate industry – Mandatory
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR compliance
  • Solid experience recruiting for property, real estate sales, and back-office roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
