Job summary

Raytheon Emirates, RTX, is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a high-performing team in a dynamic defense environment. This role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives across programs, support business reporting and executive briefings, and coordinate activities across locations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, agile, and capable of influencing organizational change in a multicultural setting within defense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with 5+ years HR experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Proven HRBP experience supporting leaders, managers, and program teams.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance, organizational effectiveness and ER.
• Experience partnering across HR functions to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.

• Lead organizational change initiatives to improve effectiveness and experience.
• Advise managers on structure, roles, reporting lines, spans of control, and job leveling.

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees.
